Laboratory Facilities
The Molecular Muscle Physiology
laboratory is housed within the Beckman Institute for
Advanced Science and Technology, an interdisciplinary facility
assembling researchers from a range of departments at the
University of Illinois, from biology and cognition to physical sciences
and engineering.

Our
laboratory space is equipped with the following instruments:

Microscopy Suite facility
also provides access to techniques and equipment such as
Transmission Electron Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy,
Atomic Force Microscopy, and Confocal and Multi-Photon Imaging
Systems.
Magnetic Resonance
Imaging (MRI) technology is available through the
Biomedical
Imaging Center
unit of the Beckman Institute.
